Its official dont worry,no hesitations,this is a public statement no going back..,”I have started receiving gifts for christmas,new year etc”.So what stops you come on gear up my friends these many days you have been complaining that I have been too modest actually i thought about it .,friends your words have been an eye opener.The gifts you are going to give me could be I-pod,Mitashi Mp4 player,digi cam,laptops.Come on guys you know better than me,What ever could be the reason New year,pongal,Idh,Farmer,s day,Valluvar thinam what not after all I am an internationalist.Okay I would suggest you some movies that you could get me preferabbly Original Dvds

V for Vendatta,12 angry men,Cassabalanca,Pianoist,Schiendler’s List,Presige(Probably Christopher Nolan all movies) ,departed,Life is beautifull etc etc.I wish to see this movies decide amongst yourself so that no two gets the same one.Then Happy new year folks,Great year it has been for al of us.

Python—truly in Love

The very first day i got introduced to this language it impressed me.I have been studying a large number of python ebooks.Foundations of Python network programming has been the most impressive of the lot.I got this book from rapidshare.the simplicity,maintainability of python is the key feature which i like it even a novice can understand the beauty of the language.Beauty as per Ayn Rand is defined by its meaning.In my opinion the more and more i read of python i m hating java to the core.Take a simple network program in python you can just say it from a glance what every single sentence means but in case of java there are some nasty things like BufferedReader,PrintWriter blah-blah whats the shit about all these things.Python adopted bsd sockets style to provide a wrapper I dont know y java didnt do the same ,it baffles me more when you see that java was developed by Sun,it could have well adopted the bsd style as of python.

Python xml parsing is another thing i got impressed with.I used sax(simple API for Xml) to parse an xml file with hardly ten lines of code.I m interseted doing a serious projects in python,it would be great if i get placed in any Unix based companies.

FountainHead-book for a serious reader

I have been reading this book for quite a whlie now,it has been one of the most difficult books i have read.I was awe struck by the beauty of the language and the charecterisation.Amazing literature to be honest.Especially the conversations between Howard Roark(lead character) and Dominique Francon is enjoyable.The book is on the whole phillosophical and its very difficult to read.I enjoyed the conversations of Ellsworth Toohey,gail Wayanad etc.In one part of the story Ellsworth Toohey’s daughter complains to him that she is not happy,and when ellsworth asks her to stop expecting anything.This book requires a lot of concentration.It requires a hell lot of patience.

Movies That Impressed Me

I always watch a lot of movies,we have a bad habit in our friends group to discuss and digest movies all of its aspects like editing,cinematography Hmmm we do see a lot of good movies.Recently i saw too great movies suggested way back my friends i share the karma of doing this to fellow netizens.One of them Memento an amazing movie.The lead character Leonard suffers from short term memory loss all that he can remember is his wife being raped and killed brutally.The cool feature of the movie is that its editing  and screenplay,the movie is like a x^2=4ay parabola.The movie starts with one end at the beginning and other end at the end and the film ending at the middle.The other movie that i was impressed was the film Hotel Rhwanda which is based on the ethinic clashes  between tutsi and hutoo how a hotel manager belonging to the majority whose wife is a minority saves thousand people true sense of humanit.Amazing movies !!!!!
